This registration is for rising 6th, 7th, and 8th-grade students participating in our Junior Jackets football program for spring/fall 2022.

The email address you list on this registration will be the address to which all communications will be sent. Please make sure your email address is accurate, matches your SportsConnect & SportsEngine account information, and that you keep it up to date throughout the season.

Players MUST be registered with Sprayberry Jr. Jackets AND GMSAA to receive equipment and participate in the Jr. Jackets Football Program.

GMSAA REGISTRATION: ALL PLAYERS MUST REGISTER WITH GMSAA

This is in addition to registering with Sprayberry Jr Jacket Football. This step MUST be completed and all forms uploaded to GMSAA before your child is able to play!

You must register with GMSAA each season as all documents on file must be current and valid. Please click on the link below to register with GMSAA. Make sure to select the grade your child will be entering this fall!

You will need to have the following documents ready to upload when you register:

1. Birth Certificate

2. Concussion Waiver (form link below)

3. League Waiver (form link below)

4. Utility Bill (with current address in district)

We are aware that many athletes are involved in multiple spring sports. Attendance for strength/conditioning and spring practice is not mandatory, however, we encourage players to participate as many evenings as their schedule allows.
